Eragon

Sup. I am a fanatic of the Eragon series and I am going to tell you what i think of it. Lets start with the first book: Eragon.

I think Chris Paolini did a pretty good job of setting out the location of this series. The spine, Palanacar Valley, Carvahall and many other places where described very fully. The map in the beginning helped alot. I always refer to it when I am curious where something is, or which direction eragon and saphira are traveling.

Chris Paolini also made a good description of the bond of Eragon and Saphira. His own age, 17, contributed a lot to how Eragon behaved, since they are both teenagers. Saphira was definitely something else though. Chris Paolini described here as a mature adult, controversial to the way Eragon behaves.
